Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://avenritual.com (the “Site”), operated by AVEN (“AVEN”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

AVEN is pre-launch

AVEN is a product concept in development. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract of sale. Product formulation, ingredients, packaging, pricing, flavors, and availability are proposed and may change before launch. Any Supplement Facts panel shown on the Site is a draft and is labeled as such.

We do not guarantee that AVEN will launch, or that it will launch by any particular date, in any particular flavor, or at any particular price.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and requires only an email address. We will use that address to tell you when AVEN launches and to send you your offer, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The first-drop offer

Waitlist members are offered 50% off their first order when AVEN becomes available. Based on planned launch pricing, that is $18 for a one-time pouch (normally $36) or $16 for a first subscription month (normally $32 per month). The offer:

• applies to a member’s first order only, one per person and per household;
• cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes;
• is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value;
• may expire after a reasonable period following launch, which we will state in the email; and
• may be modified or withdrawn if the product does not launch, or if we reasonably believe it is being abused.

Prices shown on the Site are planned launch pricing and are not final. Final pricing, taxes, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout when AVEN is available.

Referral program

Waitlist members receive a personal referral link. If someone joins through your link and places a qualifying first order, you earn 20% off your second order. In addition:

• rewards are earned only for genuine referrals of people you know;
• self-referrals, duplicate or disposable email addresses, bulk or automated sign-ups, paid placement, spam, and any misrepresentation of AVEN are not permitted;
• rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold;
• we may cancel rewards, codes, or accounts we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive; and
• we may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned will be honored where reasonably possible.

Health disclaimer

AVEN is intended to be a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. AVEN is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• submit false information or someone else’s email address without permission;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our permission; or
• break any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The AVEN name, logo, packaging, artwork, photography, and written content on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to share a link to the Site or your referral link.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVEN and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or the waitlist. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in the State of California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
