What exactly is AVEN?+
Nightly magnesium chews. Two soft, sugared, fruit-forward chews you take before bed — 100 mg of magnesium glycinate per serving, zero melatonin — in three flavors: Moon Berry, Peach Lavender, and Tart Cherry. One pouch is 30 nights.
Why no melatonin?+
Melatonin is a hormone, and plenty of people don’t want to take one every night — or wake up groggy from it. AVEN is built around magnesium instead, so it can be a simple, every-night ritual rather than something you save for a rough night.
Why magnesium glycinate?+
Not all magnesium is the same. Some common forms (like magnesium oxide) are poorly absorbed and can upset your stomach. Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine, an amino acid — known for being gentle and well absorbed, which matters when you’re taking it every night.
What does it taste like?+
Closer to a premium fruit chew than a gummy bear: soft center, sugared outside, real fruit-forward flavor. Moon Berry is cool and berry-forward, Peach Lavender is warm and soft, Tart Cherry is bold and juicy. It should be the part of your night you look forward to.
Is it gluten-free and vegan?+
Yes to both. AVEN is made with pectin instead of gelatin, so it’s vegan, and the proposed formula is gluten-free with no dairy, soy, or nuts. It has about 2 g of added sugar per serving (two chews). The full ingredient and allergen panel will be published before the first drop.
How do I take it?+
Two chews, once a night, whenever your wind-down starts — no water needed. Keep the pouch on your nightstand so it’s the last thing you do before lights out. As with any supplement, check with your doctor if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
